I love Jessie Star. I, like her other fans, first discovered her on Fictionpress. I absolutely loved her writing. It was in-depth and really took her characters to a different level. Each character, both primary and secondary ones, have a story and personality that's truly their own. Unlike other writers who create characters that move, think, and sound the same, Jessie's characters are complete individuals. Her stories, however fictional they are, seem real because her characters are JUST. SO. REAL. I kept coming back to her page on Fictionpress to check for new stories or updates to stories and I knew one day she'd be a published author one day - it's just wrong if she didn't. I promised myself I'd pay for a book of hers as soon as she becomes published, and here we are. I've read this story several times already on Fictionpress and, having just purchased it, I haven't read it again. But I assure you, it's one of her best.

Another great story! Jessie l star is my new favorite author. I love how i never know what is going to happen next. Great character development and real to life problems.
Fun reads with this author. Started reading her on fictionpress and so glad publishing them so I can read them again and again! (I posted many a review on "The Do-Gooder" under name Melissa) Hope you keep the great books coming!
I read this back when it was on Fictionpress, and it was a story I always recalled as 'Wow! That was an awesome story!' and returned back to many times over the years to re-read. So I was surprised to recently go to read it and find it was no longer on FP but for sale on . Not usually one to buy books because I finish them so fast it's like burning money - usually I borrow them from the library - I had only a moment's hesitation before I went so far as to set up a account to buy this book.

Amazing job! Jesse Star's characters have depth and her stories do, too. Not to mention, the writing is superb. Having read many published and non-published amateur writers, I've realized that good writing is not always a given so I appreciate it more when I find it.
Like all of her books this one was no different. Yes this situation was different and most of everything else but it has the same outcome. The ending kind of through me of a bit. But I loved it just the same.
Love ever thing written by star!! Isabella and Lucas went through a lot but in the end their love prevailed
It's a decent story, super predictable, but enjoyable. I kinda wish I'd been surprised a little somehow, even though I liked the end. If you're sappy like me, it's worth reading.
I read this on fan fiction, and I couldn't help but buy it!I was so disappointed it had been removed, but elated that it still existed! This is certainly a must have!
